There are two ways to approach this: you can try and learn HTML yourself, or you can use tools that will help you build websites quickly without needing to code.
If you want to learn HTML (which is absolutely worth doing—it’s a skill that will serve you for many years) a good starting point is the Mozilla Developer Network’s Learn How to Make Websites portal.
If you just want to get a site up quickly there are plenty of options. I suggest taking a look at the following:
