Reddit is now running on Cassandra. Migrating their persistent cache over from memcacheDB to Cassandra took one developer just ten days.

I keep hearing about all these sites switching to Cassandra.... which is getting me real curious about trying it out myself.

Nice information. This is actually the hard way to get your one time credit report. The easiest way is to request one of them from each of the main credit reporting agencies.
