  2. I've been following your Twitter stream for a while, I enjoy it a lot. But, my obligatory have-you-looked-at-this-other-service-remark... have you looked at cross-posting to identi.ca?

    It's an open-source, free network services microblogging clone (that should be enough to sell it). It interoperates well with Twitter (including several existing Twitter clients), and has some great features on it's own (such as conversation threading).
