  4. Aren't we English? It doesn't matter how the original people chose to pronounce it. It only matters how the BBC pronounce it.

    Sheesh, next you'll be having us say "Par-ree" not Paris...

  5. So even though "Graphical" is spoken with a hard G, we should all use a soft G when pronouncing it in an acronym.

  6. This is a surprise to me. I thought everyone always knew it was "jif." I only heard people try the other way a couple of times, and they were promptly laughed at.
