  1. Not sure what you're using it for, but my experiences with Tailor have been less than stellar. If you're converting to Mercurial (which I hope!), be sure to check out the convert extension, which usually works pretty well.

  2. I just converted some CVS repositories to Mercurial using Tailor and things seem to have made it to the other side. What things were "less than stellar", I wonder?
