What imporovements do you find so "enormous"?

It makes Opera bearable to use. The default theme on OS X is vaguely inspired by Aqua from about three years ago, and looks completely out of place.

Ok, sorry, I was not thinking OS X :) OTOH I really like the default theme on Linux/Win.
