OK, not particularly tough - I have to admit I posted this before I'd finished reading it. Sorry for the misleading blurb.
Well, these are tough questions for Microsoft, I guess. It's all about a gratis product supposedly based on open standards (leaving room for the usual Microsoft touches, of course) and they need executive intervention to let one group of people talk to another group of people. I'm glad I don't have to make a living developing for Microsoft platforms.
