Huh, that's a handy little trick.
Yeah, it works on flash as well :-)
Been using that trick for a couple of years now, good to get a revisit to it, to see if someone has come up with something better.

CNet has another implementation of this model available for mootools, glad that our libraries of choice help fix inconsistencies.
