Hey Simon - good presentation, cheers! A heads-up, though: there's a missing ")" on the method definition on slide 4, it seems.
Great presentation, Simon! I wish I could've seen it (I'm curious to hear what you demoed with Firebug - I've done similar things in the past and it generally worked out well.)
How do you keep jQuery from generating errors in older browsers? IE 5 seems to bail on first occurrence of "$".

I was wrong, it's the framework itself that causes a javascript error in IE 5, so no way around it I guess.

Hey Simon, I used your slideshow in a presentation to the company I work for. I prefaced it with information about JavaScript libraries. When it was time to show them how to use jQuery I used your slideshow. Thanks!
