That's beautiful indeed - I must admit to not having even heard about the optgroup before (shame on me). Definitely bookemarked for future reference...

Most of this can be generated automatically for you here: http://www.accessify.com/tools-and-wizards/accessi ble-form-builder-version-2.asp I have not added in an Accesskey option to the tool, but it's possible for a future version ...
