  1. At last count MS had, what..40 billion cash on hand..?? As much as people like you and I would like to think it's about document.createElement() or W3C standards or DTD's it's not. They are just a means to an end. MONEY. For some reason the DEV community never seems to realize this. MS is just like Exon or Ameritrade, they were created so the "creators" could get rich...period. I don't like the rules any more than most people, but I do know what they are.

  2. Hrm, so someone going on about how bad MS are for (amongst other things) using non-standard document formats, but who then uses Dreamweaver and produces totally invalid HTML? You don't exactly have to hunt for the irony, do you? :)
