I personally believe that being intellectually open, to the point of promiscuity, not only helps further technology and society, but is an ethical issue as well. We have too many barriers to intellectual progress and these need to be eliminated.

To that end, I have created this website as a public diary. I publish all my bookmarks and any relevant topics which I feel might benefit the public.

Kevin runs one heck of a blog, which true to the above quote covers a massive range of interests. I’m inspired :)

  1. Si you probably know this but I find your blog very interesting. I'd run my own but I fear I don't spend enough time on the net and I'd only end up reposting your blog links. Though if you were to release your blog software, with a nice remote update option... I have to say I'd be tempted to have a blog.

  2. Cookies are "broken": I change my details (email address) for comments and the changes aren't remembered. And I get a weird error when I try and post, sometimes, forgotten what it was, sorry. Also get MSN Messenger installed! I CBA to email you :P

  3. I'll have to take a look at the cookies thing. Did the weird error involve a long post vanishing completely? If so it's a problem with the uni web server (grrrrr). I'll chuck you a copy of the blog software plus instructions when I get round to it - it'll need a bit of tweaking as there's a few hard coded directory paths etc...
