TinyURL - Archiveteam. Excellent: the Internet Archive are crawling TinyURL (and hopefully other URL shortening services as well). The wiki page was created back in January. UPDATE from comments: Archiveteam are a separate organisation from the Internet Archive.

Archiveteam isn’t the Internet Archive, but their goals are kinda similar.
I have to admit that I'm saddened in a much more profound way by the disappearance of http://simon.incutio.com/notes/2006/summit/schacht er.txt than by the sheer existence of URL shorteners.
