  1. your'e jumping the gun a bit here, hickson's "final solution" is just the latest suggestion by the editor that the working group is to consider.

  2. Steve is absolutely correct. The HTML5 Working Group has not made a decision on the alt issue yet. Issue 31 and Action 54 are in open status.

  3. Thanks for that; I've ammended this, it used to say "... and the final solution that went in to the spec".
