data: urls, too, yes? Although...weren't there two versions of Acid2, one of which didn't include data urls?
Chris Wilson said they are passing the one with data: URIs.

Either that or they just scan for the source of the Acid test and display a graphic resource if it's found. That's how I'd do it. It's agile. ;)
Time to write Acid3.
